Leadership training is a key element of the student council experience. Each year, the council elects students to the following positions:
Elections for most positions are held in April, for the subsequent school year. Elections for Grade Reps are held in September.
At the end of September, the entire student council goes to Camp Kuriakos in Sylvan Lake for a two-day retreat. A highlight of the student council experience, the retreat allows students uninterrupted time to work on planning the year.
